Everyone done posting weird personal ads?  Good.  I didn't want this getting lost in all that.

I'm looking to form a band, and I need pretty much everything at this point.  Auditions are Monday starting at 4pm at the Music Studio.  A basic familiarity with 70's rock (from planet Earth, I guess I should be as specific as possible) is encouraged so you have some idea what you're getting yourself into, but all that's really required is a sense of rhythm and an openness to new ideas.  Questions?  Ask away.

Thanks. Unfortunately talent's not enough--I need to find a group of people who can settle on the same sound, but I figure it'll work out eventually.

There's not much proper about anything I do, but I guess you'll have to judge for yourself. I'm from '74 so I'd like whoever I'm working with to understand the context, even if it's just in terms of 'here's what were trying not to sound like.'

I know a kid who plays guitar. He's young, but he sounds good to me... his style might work with yours.
